New Procedures On Our Park
One of the requirements of visiting your seasonal caravan will be that you need to inform the park as to when you will be visiting. This means you will need to call the park ahead of arriving and let us know how long you will be visiting for each time you come. This is to support the Test, Trace, Protect scheme. Please ensure you call us beforehand, or you may be refused entry to park.
All our pitches are over 2 metres apart, so we remind you to follow social distancing guidance at all times
Please do not:
- meet or gather with friends inside your caravan, who are not members of your extended household
- allow children to roam unsupervised around the park so that they do not, albeit inadvertently, break the social distance rule.
Seeing people outside your extended household
We have increased and up weighted our cleaning procedures across of our public areas and will continue to do so throughout your break. You will also notice an increase in hand sanitation stations on our park. Our facilities will be operating in line with the government Guidelines. You will see the social distancing measure we have put in place ready for your arrival.
At Brodawel, the health and safety of our Guests, Owners and Team is our number one priority.
Book with Confidence
We understand that you may be feeling unsettled given the rapidly changing situation surrounding Coronavirus. We have implemented our ‘Book with Confidence Guarantee’: We will guarantee that if the park is unable to open for Coronavirus related issues, we will move you break to another date free of charge or give you a full cash refund!
Where can I receive more information about Coronavirus?
We would advise you to check the GOV.WALES website for the most up-to-date information:
What can I do to protect myself?
Whether visiting our parks or planning to shortly we would ask all our guests and owners to take the following sensible Government Advice:
- Washing hands regularly. Wash hands for at least 30 seconds and use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser if soap and water is not available. https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-body/best-way-to-your-hands/
- Maintain good hygiene practices such as using tissues when coughing or sneezing and disposing of the tissue in a bin.
- Please remember social distancing is the law, you must remain 2 metres apart
We would once again like to thank you for the time in which you have been patient with us during these difficult times.
We look forward to seeing you back on park from the 11th and hope you have a fantastic summer and that the weather is kind.
The Brodawel Team
